Rainbow Lake School offers a wide variety of sports options for students to participate. Some team sports have not been offered over the past years but this is usually due to numbers too small to field a full team. However, we endeavour to offer a full slate of sports programs including: cross-country running, golf, basketball (jr and sr), track and field, badminton and volleyball (jr and sr). In addition, clubs may be offered in archery, flag football, rugby and soccer when numbers and interest warrant. The school encourages active participation by all students and runs a comprehensive intramural program at lunch hours.
